The original, the ONLY most highly awarded California Olive Oil producer......The Olive Press was created in 1995 by Ed Stolman (Lunigiana) and Deborah Rogers (Marquesa), both California olive growers and producers who were inspired by the olive pressing facilities of Italy and Southern France. Dedicated to making only the finest Award Winning California Extra Virgin Olive Oil; it is a completely unique facility designed to meet the custom pressing needs of commercial producers, growers with small harvests, and hobbyists wishing to create “estate” olive oil from home grown olives. Our impressive state-of-the-art Pieralisi processing equipment makes all of this possible.
